We love crafting unique, intimate, and unconventional celebrations for those hoping to host smaller celebrations with a few of their favorite people. We offer all-in-one full service planning coordinated seamlessly with your photographer and creative team.

HOW IT WORKS

Reach out to us with at least one month notice to begin planning your epic love adventure. We offer customizable Elopements for two + two witnesses, Intimate Celebrations for up to 25 guests, and Intimate Weddings for 50 guests or fewer.

WHAT'S INCLUDED

• Comprehensive month-by-month planning for the duration of your planning time

• Custom ceremony and celebration lookbook with our favorite scouted sites and venues for your vision

• Ceremony planning to help you craft a meaningful and memorable ceremony

• Officiation if desired by The Revel Rose, an ordained officiant through the Ministry of Dudeism and The Universal Life Church

• Simple timeline, site plan, and floorplan prep depending on the complexity of your event weekend

• Complimentary Design & Styling Services including design proposal and event budget

• Locally derived bouquet and boutineer, with the option to add additional florals

• Ability to assist with quick and easy vendor referrals for a la carte services such as beauty and acoustic music

Elopements are available Tuesday, Wednesdays and Thursdays during our busy season (May - October) and any time

Intimate Weddings and Intimate Celebrations are available year round

All Wayfare Wed Packages are booked with a 50% non-refundable deposit
